By default G mail account is like clumping all the messages from same subject line like "Conversations view".Due to this some mails are missing to read.so here is the solution to switch Inbox View....
For this just log in to your account at the right side top corner click the settings Icon in that
1.Go to mail settings
2.General tab
3.Conversations view check the radio button Off.
4.Save changes and check the inbox enough..........
